Our IRON programme is a combination of lifting, gymnastics and functional training, performed at a high intensity, designed to improve overall performance and promote lean muscle building.

Introduces young athletes to fitness in a safe, supportive and engaging environment. The programme builds coordination, confidence and strength while making movement enjoyable.

Our ENGINE/HYROX programme improves fitness through functional training and endurance work. With no Olympic lifts or gymnastics. It’s ideal for anyone wanting to get stronger and fitter while building cardiovascular capacity.

Rebounding and pilates programme specifically programmed for women. An all inclusive 5 day a week programme is also available that rounds of your week with basic strength and conditioning on a Monday and Friday.

This programme is designed to improve strength and prevent injuries for long distance runners. By adding strength and resistance training to your weekly training routine, you will be able to run stronger, faster and further while staying injury free.
